1. No Returns on Supplements & Cosmetics
Due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons, dietary supplements and cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
This policy applies even if the product packaging is unopened.
This restriction is in line with regulations that prohibit the resale or reuse of such products to ensure consumer safety.
2. Non-Delivery Exception (14 Days)
If you do not receive your order within 14 days from the confirmed shipping date, you may be eligible for:
